Description
The course focuses on equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines.
It covers a range of competencies, including advising customers on coffee beverages, selecting and grinding coffee beans, preparing and evaluating espresso coffee beverages, as well as using, maintaining, and cleaning espresso machines. While the course provides comprehensive training, any complex repairs or maintenance of equipment are referred to specialized service technicians.
Throughout the course, participants will learn how to effectively organize the coffee workstation, select and grind coffee beans, provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers regarding espresso coffee beverages, monitor and ensure the quality of espresso extraction, skillfully texture milk, expertly serve espresso coffee beverages, and maintain a clean and hygienic espresso equipment setup.
