SCA – Barista Course Melbourne

At our training center located in Melbourne CBD, we offer a comprehensive barista coffee course that equips participants with the necessary skills to prepare and serve espresso beverages using commercial coffee machines in various hospitality establishments. The course takes place in a group setting, allowing ample time for practical training and hands-on experience under the guidance of our qualified barista trainer. Participants will receive training in a wide range of areas, including the history and origins of coffee, grind management and dosing, the setup and breakdown of a coffee machine, preparation of up to 12 different coffee styles with a minimum of 30 espresso coffees served on the training day, milk texturing techniques, and tasting and understanding the different ranges and strengths of coffee. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion for the Barista coffee program.
