The course offers a hands-on learning experience for students interested in coffee preparation and presentation, focusing on beverages like latte and cappuccino, using a commercial espresso machine.

Participants will cover a range of topics, including organizing their workspace, providing excellent customer service, coffee grinding, extracting coffee, milk texturing, serving coffee, and performing daily cleaning and maintenance procedures for the espresso machine. To receive a Statement of Attainment, students must complete all required assessment tasks successfully.
