Holy Goat Coffee

The Barista Training program welcomes anyone interested in coffee or considering a career as a barista.

The course, which lasts 3.5 hours, is conducted in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern machinery and led by a qualified trainer with a Certificate IV accreditation. The classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of four students, to ensure each participant gets the most personalized experience. Students will gain comprehensive knowledge of espresso coffee making, including the origin of beans, grinder operation, grind adjustments, extraction, and milk texturing, with a brief introduction to latte art.

Additionally, the program offers Master Classes with renowned trainer and technician Ben Stephens, taking participants on a journey into advanced coffee skills, including sensory training, milk texturing, pouring, and latte art techniques.
