The classes adopt a hands-on approach, allowing participants to spend a significant amount of time working with coffee machines and refining their skills. The training program offers two courses: Barista Level 1 on Tuesdays and Barista Level 1 on Wednesdays in Geelong. Both courses cover a comprehensive curriculum, including the history of coffee, coffee production and processing, tasting and understanding coffee, grinder setup, perfect coffee extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and the significance of presentation.

Students will also learn how to create a modern cafe menu with various coffee options and maintain a commercial coffee machine.
