The Barista Basics course offers an enjoyable and interactive learning experience, focused on teaching the fundamentals of espresso making within a simulated cafe environment.

Participants will gain knowledge about setting up a barista station, various styles of coffee, the process of making and serving espresso coffee, and proper cleaning and shutdown procedures for an espresso machine. This short course spans three hours and is held every three months at the Gold Coast campus, providing students with the opportunity to learn latte art in a simulated cafe setting, further enriching their barista skills.
