The Coffee Training Co offers three distinct training courses. “Espresso Fundamentals” is designed for coffee lovers, providing insights into the craft and skill of being a barista.  Conducted in a purpose-built training room, the course utilizes 2 x 2 group La Marzocco espresso machines with matching grinders.

“Advanced Barista Techniques” is a comprehensive course aimed at serious baristas seeking employment in the cafe industry. Delivered face-to-face by a Certificate IV qualified trainer and assessor, the course uses various training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

For beginner baristas looking to enhance their latte art skills, “Basic Latte Art” is a 2-hour power class focusing on “free pouring” three select patterns essential for every barista to master. All training courses offered by The Coffee Training Co ensure participants receive personalized and hands-on instruction to develop the necessary skills and expertise in the field of coffee preparation.
