Description
During the barista course, participants will undergo comprehensive training covering various aspects of coffee preparation. They will delve into the history and origins of coffee, learning about its rich cultural significance. The course will also focus on important technical skills such as grind management and dosing to achieve optimal flavor extraction.
Participants will gain proficiency in the start-up and break down of a coffee machine, ensuring they are well-versed in its operation. They will have the opportunity to master the art of creating up to 12 different coffee styles, with a guarantee of preparing and serving a minimum of 30 espresso coffees on the training day. Texture milk skills will be developed, enabling participants to achieve the perfect consistency for latte art and enhancing the overall coffee experience.
Furthermore, the course will include sessions dedicated to tasting and understanding the diverse ranges and strengths of coffee. Upon completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion for the Barista coffee program, validating their newly acquired skills and knowledge in the field.
