Description
This short course offers valuable skills in setting up, operating, maintaining, and cleaning coffee equipment, specifically the espresso machine and grinder.
Participants will also receive training in hygienic practices for food safety. By completing this course, students gain a competitive edge, acquiring coffee service skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Graduates will be capable of working with some independence and under limited supervision in various hospitality settings, including restaurants, hotels, motels, resorts, cafes, and coffee shops.
This course serves as an excellent pathway to employment opportunities and potentially leads to a hospitality traineeship. Students are required to wear suitable work attire during the training and work placement.
