Students will gain both theoretical and technical knowledge, mastering the methods and techniques for crafting café lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flat whites, piccolo lattes, macchiatos, and more. Additionally, they will explore the intricacies of milk types, foaming, steaming, and their distinct characteristics. The course delves into the realm of coffee beans, covering different types, blends, and roasts, as well as essential skills like grinding coffee beans, tamping, and managing water pressure during espresso extraction.
Alongside beverage preparation, students will receive instruction on food health and safety regulations, as well as basic maintenance and cleaning methods for espresso grinders, machines, and equipment. This well-rounded training equips students with the expertise and competence required to excel in the barista profession.
