The organization offers two distinctive courses to cater to individuals interested in barista training.
The “Nationally Recognised Barista (Accredited)” course comprises 4 hours of classroom delivery, followed by a demonstration assessment in their training classroom and an online written assessment. Throughout the training, participants will learn essential barista skills, including operating a commercial coffee machine, making perfect espresso, texturing silky and high-quality milk, and using and setting the coffee grinder correctly. Basic latte art skills, hygiene procedures, and food safety measures are also covered in this comprehensive course, ensuring participants master the art of both coffee-making and latte art.
The second course, “Basic Barista Course (Unaccredited),” offers similar training content, focusing on operating a commercial coffee machine, crafting perfect espresso, texturing silky and high-quality milk, and correctly using and setting the coffee grinder. Additionally, this course covers hygiene procedures, food hazard identification, and food contamination prevention. While this course is unaccredited, it still provides participants with essential barista skills and knowledge to excel in the coffee industry. Both courses offer comprehensive training, empowering participants to create exceptional coffee and master the art of latte art while maintaining high hygiene standards and food safety practices.
