Cote Terra Coffee Academy offers seven different classes catering to various interests and skill levels.

The “Fundamental of Coffee Roasting” provides an introduction to coffee roasting, taught by their head roaster Joel. The “Home Barista Class – Group” covers all the basics of preparing espresso, milk steaming, and coffee machine operation. “Latte Art Fundamental Class – Group” is conducted by the 2019 Southern Region Latteart Champion, Zhao Ting Wu (Tim), and focuses on high-quality steaming techniques and latte art skills.

For personalized learning, the academy offers a “One on One Coffee Course,” tailored to each student’s specific goals. They also provide specialized classes in Barista, Latte art, Brewing, and Roasting. The “Professional Barista Class – Group” delves into specialty barista knowledge, including dialling in espresso and mastering milk steaming.

For advanced roasters, the “Specialized Coffee Course” equips students to roast coffee based on origin, refine their roasting techniques with a deep understanding of airflow, heating, and drum speed, and confidently roast on commercial machines. Furthermore, the academy offers its training room for rent, providing individuals with the opportunity to practice and enhance their coffee skills in a comfortable and supportive environment, available in three different packages. With this wide array of classes and resources, Cote Terra Coffee Academy caters to coffee enthusiasts, professionals, and those looking to perfect their coffee-related abilities.
